Body Mastery (BM)
- Many people are experts at losing weight because they lost 100kg (10kg 10 times over);
- Weight lost is almost always regained over time. Statistics show that usually about 50% of weight lost is regained in the first year with weight gain continuing thereafter, so that by 3-5 years post the initial weight loss about 80% of people have returned to or exceeded their pre-treatment weight;
- Relapse is a recurring and real issue thus; our programmes focus on teaching and equipping clients in the art and science of long-term body mastery;
- Body Masters- People able to maintain their wellness, body composition and weight over a sustained period of years.
